Order the payment gateway service and create a payment gateway project.

❗Even if you don't use the Paysera service to accept payments online, you will still need to create a payment gateway project in order to receive a unique password to activate the plugin.
However, if you don't use a payment gateway service, you won't need to fill in all the fields about your e-shop in detail. You can simply type, "I will only use the delivery service" in all the fields and your project will be approved.
